Booking with us means working closely with you to understand your ideas, colors, and themes every step of the way. With endless customization options, your invitations will truly be uniquely yours.
All custom packages include complimentary access to our venue illustration library hand inked by Paper Crane Calligraphy, full suite envelope addressing, envelope liners, white glove embellishment assembly and a specially packaged keepsake suite.

Our Process

Reach out via our inquiry form below or email us at design@paperrootsco.com. We will gather some information about your event and create a mood board and custom packages for you to review based on what we learn. If you chose to move forward, we’ll also include a sample kit so you can touch and see our offerings up close!

Once we have a good starting place, we’ll move into the design phase! Design revisions are unlimited. We want to ensure you LOVE your final product and we’re happy to tweak and refine until we get there!

We will get down to the nitty gritty! Ensuring your etiquette matches the tone of your day, postage guidelines are met, times and dates are finalized and responses can be accounted for! We guide you every step of the way with resources about how to address your guest list based on the formality of your event and detailed timelines that will help you know exactly where we are in the process.

Once you’ve perfected your dream suite, our team will coordinate with the appropriate vendors to best execute your vision. All you have to do is wait patiently for your pieces to arrive in the mail (easier said than done, we know).
