RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our offerings, we are unable to grant any refunds or exchanges.
If you have made a deposit, but are no longer able to move forward with your order, a full refund may be granted with the condition that proofs have not yet been started and materials have not yet been queued. If any work in regards to your project has commenced, design fees may apply.
We pride ourselves on quality and have an extensive review and packaging process in place to ensure each order arrives to you in the best possible condition. However, should anything be amiss when you receive your order, please reach out to us asap and we will work with you to make it right.
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped by USPS only and will be sent with “signature required” as well as insured. Every order is different in quantity, materials and destination. Therefore the cost of shipping for your order will vary. If you have any questions regarding the cost of receiving your items as well as international shipping costs, please reach out for a quote.
Paper Roots & co. does not claim responsibility for shipments that show a status of “delivered”. If your tracking status indicates your mail has been delivered, but you have not received your product, please contact USPS as soon as possible utilizing your provided tracking number.
